11 Cigars, 1 week

It's been a rough week, I've been forced to smoke a lot of cigars.

I smoked the Gurkha Estate Selection Vintage Monday night, it was a rather uneventful cigar. I smoked a Hoyo de Montterey Larga Elegante maduro last night, it was good as always.

I smoked the new Camacho Select Corojo yesterday. It wasn't too shabby for a corojo. It kept with the Camacho tradition of being a STROOOOOOOONG cigar. I did get some harshness with it, which seems to be in the Camacho tradition as well. I can definitely find smokes I like much better for $12.35. Although I am dying to try the new Triple Maduro (Maduro wrapper, binder and filler) in a couple weeks when it comes out.

I'm smoking a CAO MX2 right now. I remember when these things used to be good. It's quite possibly the most inconsistent cigar on the market. Some cigars will always be good, some will always be shitty... And you can count on that. With this one, it might be good, it might be shitty. Right now this particular one is somewhere right in the middle. I'm not really getting a good maduro flavor from it and it's burn is about as predictable as an out of control wildfire.

And that's just since last Wednesday night... I've got a Gurkha Estate Selection Vintage that I will smoke tonight, and who knows what else. Maybe I'll see if I can get it to over 10 in one week :)
